How likely are you to recommend Private Midwives to friends and family if they needed similar care or treatment?
I would absolutely recommend private midwives and the services provided. Since having Humphrey lots of people have asked what I thought about the private midwives service and was it worth the money. In my opinion it was and I have been very quick to respond to family and friends with this advice.
Are you Breast or Bottle feeding?
now bottle feeding hut started with breastfeeding. Without Siobhan's help I would not have done this.
Did you feel you were involved in discussions about your care and treatment?
absolutely yes. I found my care 100% inclusive. It helped me feel relaxed unlike the NHS care.
Did you feel your privacy dignity and independence was respected?
Yes.
Were you offered a choice of where and when you care was to be provided and did it suit your individual needs?
Yes and my personal choices were respected and adhered to without judgement.
Did you feel your Midwife was experienced and were happy with the care he/she provided?
Yes, I could not have asked for a better private midwife. Siobhan made me feel relaxed, happy and comfortable throughout my care from her and also the labour. It was more like having a family member or friend looking after me. The NHS staff managed to upset and make me feel tense but Siobhan managed to keep me calm and relaxed throughout the most stressful times.
Do you have any suggestions on how we could improve things?
No just keep offering the service you do - I could not recommend Siobhan and private midwives more highly
